breastfeeding after BA

Hi has anyone had any trouble breastfeeding after their ba if they had unders? I’ve told my surgeon I wanna b able to BF still afta I have them. They sed its ok but wondered about personal experiances x

They dont go anywhere near your milk ducts so i cant see it being a problem x

I no sumtimes ur ducts can be cut but sumone In work sed about womens breasts becoming engorged and sore….??

I think there’s only meant to be a risk of it affecting BF if you have overs hun. I had unders at first and produced milk fine, how ever I don’t want to BF next time so I’ve had overs for this BA x

Hey hun, i had my second baby almost two years ago which was almost 3 years after my first ba, and i could have easily breast fed. I did give him the first milk but then stopped cos i knew from havin my daughter it just wasnt for me. But my boobs were brimming with milk so dont worry xx

Ah thanks girls. I’m not even pregnant but I no its something I want to at least be able to try I don’t want it to be defo NO just coz I’ve had a ba. Thanks for ur help x
