brest band help

hiya girls i took my brest band off for a breather yesterday and since then i cant get it to sit right i cant remember where it was, its really hurting under my arms and making bad marks, feel like its brusing me.. can any1 tell me where its supose to be like on the boobs over the top, it would be better if any1 had pic they could show me, thanks if any1 can help.

This might b a really stupid question but do u need to provide ur own breast band? My ops with mario so guessing i will need kne as thats what he recimmemds but dont no wjether i hav to buy it pre op?xx
