hi im wondering if anyone has the bristol phone number as i have my appointment for my 3mth check up on saturday i think and i dont know time or the address, so any help would be fab

No im not seeing the nurse im seeing my surgeon for my 3mth check up but its actually 5mths.

im sure they should have a nurse to see you in bristol and if they ask you to go to Cardiff then you make them pay the money back that you used
