Brrrrrrrr, cold is a pain in the muscle!

Is everyone struggling with this cold weather. I’m 10 days today (woop woop) and when i go out and start shivering all my chest muscles start to ache, is such a pain.

How long will this last????

Im only 3 days post op but my rooms cold because i cant sleep unless my face is cold and when i get outta bed I shiver and chest muscles hurt lol

I feel like that to im 5 days post op.. I assume it will be like this til the muscles settle.. Happy heeling Ros1705 X

I’m 2 weeks 2 days post op and I don’t get this anymore – thsnk god!! so it won’t last long girls! I am still aching though! Anyone else got achy arms?! General aching in boobs?? Xx

Not got any aches in my legs it all in my boobs sometimes feel like i cant take deep breaths..

Glad to hear the chest muscle thightness subsdes ..

Im due back to work when im 17 days post op.. How are you feelin over all..?Xx
