    Just dry. . . .

my nurse just told me to massage quite firmly with my fingers, she never mentioned anything about cream, so i havent used any. . . .

i think its just so they settle better and dont go hard? xx

can i ask how your boobs feel? I had my op done 8 days ago and my right boob is rock hard whilst left is slighty firm. Is this normal and will they soften? Am so worried that will always be like this.

    hi, grace :)

don’t put ANYTHING on your scars. it’s really important not to touch them, as they’re still new wounds and could get infected. your nurse will tell you when you can start putting stuff on them.

hope you’re recovering well! :D xxx

    hi kimmey85,

my left boob is still swollen and harder than my right, but they have started to go much softer, i was quite surprised, it can take up to a year for them to settle properly, i’m impressed mine have started to already!!

i found a few days after i’d had my bandages off, my boobs were so tight, but been able to get a bath etc made them better . . . .

hope your happy with your new boobs :) xx
