fair play for doing something about it.

Thank you Joanne, hope it lasts
I need to follow your example. I’ve put on 9 pounds since op

How often does everyone else go to the gym? once they have recovered that is.
I luv my wii fit…..
I used to go every week day but since op I’ve been once. I’m so out of shape and I’m demotivated – what are the best exercises to tone up? Especially my bum?
And my thighs actually
oh anchovie…u know whats gud for a toned bum nudge nudge lol…and don’t feel guilty I ain’t been back to the gym since op..but I will get there eventually lol…
Well I’m 3.5 months po, and am going back to the gym tomorrow. I’ve put on a terrible amount of weight, it’s as if my thighs have doubled in size

I’ve been doing a lot of Taebo, but those powerplates are meant to be good for toning up.
no toning plates with implants Rob…
Haha Laura Kate – I know the feeling. I can’t stop eating ice cream and christmas mince pies and because I’ve got great boobs I have let everything else go. It used to be my boobs were the ruining part of my toned slim bod! Ah can’t win!!!
Opsss sorry girles didnt know about the no powerplate rule.
x
Anchovie, you will be able to hit the gym im sure.. then back to normal
ive never been to the gym LOL promised myself once i have boobs + theyre healed im gonna join 1
So are you going to keep that promise Ayshababy or break it??
Hellooo All!!
The jury is still out on whether you can use power/vibrating plates after a breast op. I was told after 6 weeks it is fine as long as you wear a good sports bra to hold everything in place. I think i would be more worried if I had the tear drop implants, just in case it made them rotate. Again it’s different advice from different surgeon’s.
I’m starting on the plates and the infra red sauna on Thursday, I’ll be the guinea pig on the sauna matter as I have heard that although is poses little risk the implants can hold the heat and remain warm for over a hour after your sauna and if you feel any pain you should stop it. I had round 340’s and a full uplift just over 7 weeks ago
I’ll let you know how I get on. xxx
What’s an Infra Red Sauna? different to a normal sauna?
Cool.. never heard of them before, thought they just had regular sauna’s
Where you going for that?
