bullet nipples… help :( !

I’m 4 days post op and have just taken my tape off as it was too tight. Before my op I had small 32a boobs n had 340 unders. Now I swear I cn see the small boob perched on top of the implant. Has anyone else had this effect? If so does it go away? From the side u cn def c where the real boob is!!! Help pls

Mine is the same underneath, it’s like I can see the line from where the original breast tissue is, I don’t know how long it takes to go down tho, I had overs tho so the time it takes to go may be different, I’m 6 wks po x
