Just had a phone call from Anne Marie,what a lovely caring genuine lady,I had to cancel my appointment to see Dr Gonschior due to circumstances beyond my control,the administrator who took the call was willing to let me end the call without a new appointment,Anne Marie could not apologise enough,and assured me that the issue has now been addressed and staff will be making sure if you do have to cancel,they will be asking if you require a new appointment,Just want to say a big Thank you to Anne Marie for taking the time to speak to me,and for addressing the issue so promptly.xxx
