I am an avid runner and am 17 days post op after having 640cc overs with my boobie god Mr Chantarasak! (love him)

Lol.. At my consultation with him he told me I had to take a 3 month break from running after my op which is cool, but, now I’m wondering with my new boobies whether I’ll be able to run again?? Anyone out there with bigger implants that still runs regularly??? In really Hopi g I wont have to take up a new exercise as running is my passion and i’d be gutted if I have to give it up for good.. Xxxx xx

sure you will be able to run! i was like that at first ! best thing to do is slow pace walk then gradually build your self up. ALWAY WEAR A GODD SUPPORT BRA FOR RUNNING. i would give it at least 3-4 months. You be running fitness :-)x

I have the same worries, I’m having a ba and uplift and don’t want to encourage sagging! Will a good sports bra really prevent that or is it best to take up swimming instead?? Really love running so will be so disappointed if I can’t continue it xx

Ahhhh I do feel a bit better now, my major concern is sagging quicker, I will seek out and buy the best sports bra on the market to support my boobies if I need to, just so long as I know that there is hope of me carrying on after I have recovered fully has totally lifted my spirits! Love this forum!!! Xxxxx
