calling all PO girls… :)

how long after ur BA did you honestly wear ur sports bra for??

im 4days PO and going on holiday in 5weeks… i was told by my PC it should be ok and shoulnt affect the end result as long as i wear it at night but im only going to be able to wear it for a couple of hours every night and now worried from hearing other peoples storys that it will affect the end result !!!

holidays all booked and payed for.. its for my 21st and im going for 2weeks so theres no way i can back out of it.. but not gunna look great wearing a sports bra for the first week spec at night when im going to clubs ANY HELP?! x

I am 6mths PO and I still wear mine. Im lost with out it. I did have 685 overs though and they are heavy. Hope that helps.x

Some girls don’t even wear a sports bra from the get go! I personally don’t think it will do much harm..I have gone braless a few times on nights out and I’m 18days PO..I have also gone braless to bed too lol…one of my friends who had hers done never wore a sports bra afterwards and she’s 2years PO and her boobs are still fine. Think it sometimes depends on the person and how big your implants are but I think for your holiday in 5 weeks you will be fine to go without one xx

During the day I wear a comftable bra for work. Underwired. Every night the sports bra. Like I said though mine are big and its personal preferance for me to wear it. You will be fine im sure as my daughter who was a DD stoped wearing her bra around 3 wks. She has worn push up bras ever since and alot of the time when out no bra. Lucky her.x

I don’t wear a bra at night, and haven’t done for weeks, I wear a good full support bra all day every day xx
