can 460s not go under the muscle??

help im confused x

Hiya. I’m really sorry to have worried you. I am smaller than you so that may be why I can’t have as big as 460 go under x

I was recommended 380 but they looked tiny, so he said I could try 410 but they would start to look fake. But because there is only 30cc difference between the 2 I couldn’t see the difference and asked for bigger. He said definitely not 525, if I want that I’d have to have 410 now and then 525 in a year but I don’t want to do that so I asked for 460 which he said he is happy to do but will probs be able to feel the implant. I asked will they be under and he said if you’re going 400+ they won’t fit and they’d rip the muscle.

I’m really worried now though because I’ve seen some people go up to an e from 380 but then some only go to a d with 410s. I hope I’m no bigger than an e.

do you think thts just you personally tho thats muscle might rip?! cuz i was defo having the 410s placed under but it was after seeing my surgeon i changed my mind to 460s and he said he would order them in aswell xx

I was 32B before, I’m probably about an E now with swelling, everyone is different and everyone gets different results because our bodies are so different. I dont think I will get measured till 6 weeks post op when I can go bra shopping because they’re going to change loads between now and then. x x

Yeah it’s so confusing when people with the same stats have the same size implant and end up different. I’m really panicing now, I’m 34aa and having 460 overs. x

Don’t panic hun, it also depends on the look you ask for when you’re in your consultation. I’m sure there isnt just two ways of doing it just under or over, they will draw on you for placement and things. The surgeons know what they’re doing, Dr. K gave me exactly what I asked for, they are amazing and you should trust them with their suggestions with what is best for you. Its taking a bit of getting used to but I will love them when theyve calmed down! x x

I have tried 460s and they don’t look big at all so would be okay, but from what I’ve seen most actually look bigger than the rice test, a little bigger would be nice but double wouldn’t look too good.x

Errm it did at the time, but it’s nothing like that now. I dont think you can ever predict how your body is going to react to the implants, i’m sure if theyd look ridiculous he wouldnt let you have them hunny x x

Its hard to relax I completely understand, but you wont regret it sweety, even though they dont look right at the moment (madonna shaped and swollen) I know that soon they will calm down and i will be in love with them x x

awww thank you hunny. Yep 1 week post op tomorrow, hope everything is ok!! Honestly, I’m considering asking if I’ve had overs cause it really isn’t bad, I was up and about day 3 hunny, you’ll be absolutely fine!! They even come together in an almost cleavage, but I know they’re unders because Dr.K wouldn’t give me overs because I didn’t have enough tissue. The feeling is starting to come back now, so I get twinges here and there but I’m ok, I’ll post what the nurse says tomorrow x x
