can any one see the difference from the front view before and after ?

can any one see the difference from the front view before and after ? enough of a difference for nearly £4000 ? adding more pics now , please see pic in black for the shape that i am on about , i need some advise on how to word a complaint letter seen as myas open door policy is obviously worthless !

i had 525cc they are bigger its not the size im complaining about its the shape , the shape is still the same now as they are in the pic with the black top pulled up , i look at everyone elses and they look perfect , a good round curvy shape , but mine are not x x

I can see where you’re coming from. I’m not sure if implants can necessarily make them a different shape though? Mine are the same shape as before just bigger.

Hey hun, I’ve just had a look. I can definitely see a difference front on from pre to post op. But I can see what you mean about the shape, it’s as if they still need to soften and rounden around the edges. I had much smaller implants than you (295cc from 32A) but mine looked very similar to that in the very early days post op and gradually they started to get a more defined shape around the edges even though the size stayed the same.

When you saw your surgeon before did he say whether he thought that they had settled properly yet? Just with starting off quite small and getting quite a large implant it could be that it’s just taking some time for your skin to accommodate the implant? I think you should definitely try to see your surgeon again. x

hi candyfloss, the size is great , its just the shape , there such a ugly shape , when i seen mr singh 14 weeks after he really didnt seem to care much just told me i woud need a re op to get a better shape , how long did yours take to settle down, i think what makes it worse is i have looked at a lot of other people after pics and the shape they have achieved is fantastic ! round and perfect x x

Just had a look… Did you have unders or overs? To me it looks like they still need to drop and settle but I can def see a difference from pre op. My friend had a similar experience and her surgeon told her to use a stretch mark cream to improve the elasticity of the skin so the implants can drop without the skin stopping it, if u know what I mean! if your unhappy I would def try to see your surgeon again xx

Hey hun. There is a change is size but not as much as I expected there to be. But I can defo see what you mean abiyt shape. Are they still the same now as they were back in April? It looks like a bit of double bubble kinda thing going on xxxx

I don’t see how a re-op would achieve a different/better shape though if your surgeon is claiming everything has gone fine with this procedure? Cos it’s as if he’s suggesting he could do something different to make it better, in which case why wasn’t it done in the first place? I think you definitely need to speak to him again hun.

From 1-2 weeks post op mine started to get more definition around the edges and looked rounder, and from then on they’ve continued to change a bit too. I’m 21 and a half weeks post op now and I’m not 100% happy with the aesthetics for other reasons. I’m not sure if they’ve totally settled yet but I see my surgeon for my 6 month check soon so I’m just holding out until then.

I don’t think yours look as bad as you think but I understand what it’s like when it’s yours that aren’t how you wanted or expected them to be. To me it really does like like they’re still in the early stages of recovery and haven’t dropped and settled fully. You could try massage them regularly to see if that helps a bit? x

Your boobs do look bigger from pre-op, but the shape is the same, it’s like your implant is still compressed. Deffo go back and see Singh, and if he won’t re-op, then kick up a fuss hun, you spent the money for as near perfection as possible, and the results you are left with isn’t anything like you would have discussed at any consultations xx

Im so sorry to hear that you’re not happy!!

I had mine done last week – I had two very different looking boobs before, and Mr Adamo said to me that there is really nothing that can be done about the shape of your boobs, sometimes the implants can change it enough to be less visible and sometimes not… He told me that there would be a slight improvement but that they would never be exactly the same…

Not sure if you’re in the same boat as me – but talk to your surgeon and at the very least find out why he never mentioned the posibility!!
