Hey girls! Had my 6 week PO appointment after my BA yesterday! They said everything is fine and I can wear normal bras again which feels great! I completely forgot to ask the nurse if I still have to wear my macom at night? Or I am fine to not wear one now? I assume if I can now wear normal bras that I don’t need one at night. Does anyone know?

As far as I’m aware you don’t need to wear your macom at all after 6 weeks. However I know a coupe of girls who still wear one at night because thy want to xx

Lots of girls still wear sports bras at night for years after, maybe just a comfort thing but would imagine it’s your choice xx
