can anyone explain what rippling is????

ive heard it mentioned on here but not 100% sure what it is ta XX

As the implant drops or settles into place the textured surface of the shell pulls on the scar capsule which then pulls on the skin. It can happen with both overs and unders. You have less chance of rippling if you have implants that have a smooth shell. You know when you have rippling cos it creates dimples on the breast.
