Yeap i got my sports bras from M&S today, £16 for a 2 set quite good lol i have had them on with the rice bags all day haha this is what transform recommend.

Also a lot of girl with mya r told to use macom bras but transform they are far too tight and not worth the £35/£40 so i would try the M&S ones first and if they dont suit u cld always try the macom ones xx

Ive been told that theres a maximum ssupport non underwired bra in Tesco and only £6,00 its mend to be very good.

Yes the high support bras from Tesco are fab I now have four of them there my fab by far and they give amazing cleavage added bonus xxx
