Can anyone reconmend a good sports bra? please help.

hello my BA is next wednesday im a 32a and having 380cc, hoping to be a D maybe a DD, my sugeron has said its up to me if i want to wear a sports bra or not, but want to buy one incase, dont no if i should just get a M&S one or a proper one, and how long did you wear yours? Do you think its better with one or without one? Thanks girls! xxx

hey, i had the same size implant your having. Im 3 weeks post op and i wear my sports bra when i feel like it, i like to wear it in bed because when i lie flat without it my implants move to the side and it takes a while to coax them back down again when i get back up and its a very weird feeling!! but when im not going out etc i like to go without a bra to encourage them to drop and soften and get some air to the incisions. i got a great sports bra for

I’m having my ba next Wednesday at Manchester with Mr Traynor. I was told not to wear a bra for the first 6 weeks after op. It depends on which surgeon you have as to weather or not you are advised to wear a sports bra. I know a lot of girls on here who were advised to wear one got theirs from asda. They are only

hiya i got my sports bra from asda yesterday i got 1 back size bigger and i got the 34e but thinkin ill have 2 go back and get a 34f as my boobs wernt even that far off fillin it already unless they are small sizes in asda?? god knows.. im hopin my boobs dont swell that much anyways.. as iv startd taken my arnica what a prick i felt i didnt even have a clue what it was called i just spelt the word out to her as i couldnt say it she had to find it for me it was hidden away behind summit else dam that shop!!! good luck 4 wed hun xxx
