Can butt lift surgery actually work?

Hello guys,
I have very bad back and I am very ashamed from it. Now I am thinking to do some surgery that could actually do great job for me. Please give some advice.

I saw this post ealier its bad that Mya mod are letting it go on I have one rant about my pc and the next min she’s on the phone to me telling me that mya mod had informed her I had a problem.

From what i can tell… its another company.
