Can feel an Air pocket type lump

Hi girls, someone reassure me I came back from holiday this morning. Randomly feel my boobs like always to check for any changes and notices a small air pocket type lump isn’t painful but randomly appeared is it something anyone else has had rang mya and they told me to go to GP for ultrasound but she didn’t seem concerned?
