Can feel some stitch, help plz x

Hi every one, hope ur well.

I am 6 weeks 4 days post op & at the very end of my scar on my right boob I can feel some stitch.

Any one else had this? Will it eventually drop off or will it need removing?

Yep it needs removing. I sterilised tweezers & scissors n trimmed mine(exactly same as nurse did) cos I couldn’t b arsed with a 2 hr journey for the nurse to do the same xxx

this is really common hun, i had three migrating stitches from 6 weeks to 8 week period, each one i kept fiddling with and it eventually fell out and left a small hole each time, which healed no problem at all, some people have it removed by the nurse others gently pull it out themselves, totally your descion which way you want to go about itxx

Well I’ve got my 6 week check with nurse next Thursday so will Prob let her do it. Knowing my luck I’ll end up causing infection!
