Can he stay there in the day?

Hi all,

My bf will be taking me to Manchester for my opp so was wondering if he will be allowed to stay with me as I know some places only let you get dropped off and picked up the next day when you are ready to leave?

Yes your boyfriend will be able to stay during the day with you. Mine stayed all day with me. I was a day case and he was there from start to finish.

If your staying overnight they usually request that they leave around 10pm and if you want them to stay they can (but this needs to be booked with the hospital and it changes from place to place) there is also a fee for them to stay.

Dont worry too much it will be over with before you know it!

i had like a party in my room, all my mates came down for the day to cheer me up! the nurses had to chuck em out at 10 pm! your bf will be more than welcome hun! try to enjoy the day and dont worry, the nurses are great at the hospital. hope you have a great experience with your bf to look after you!
