Can head office say no??

Just rang the Manchester clinic to ask when I will be given some dates for my re op and Laura told me she will chase it up with head office tomorrow as it has to go through them and i should hear in the next couple of days. Then when I got off the phone I thought yikes does that mean head office can say no to my re op??? Xx

not sure hun but if the surgeon agreed to a re-op i would say that’s pretty concrete, after all they are the experts xx

Hey amyk. I don’t think they can. This worried me too at first but everything went ahead as agreed. I think they just need to sign papers of some kind. It takes around 4 weeks from your surgeon agreeing to the re op to you getting dates. X

4 weeks?? I was told in the next couple of days! What clinic are you at hun? Im so impatient but I’ve waited forever for my boobies and just want them now lol xx

I was with Manchester… I thought it would b quick as they only supposedly sign some form but I was told i’d get dates around 4 weeks after. It certainly wasnt any sooner than the timescale they said. Really dragged. If they’ve told you a few days though then go off what they’ve said. They shouldn’t say one thing n then drag it out. Hopefully you’ll get dates soon. X

I’m with Manchester too. Keeping my fingers crossed it will be quick as I’m not too bothered about the day itself but the healing process I really cba with lol. No showering, no gym, taking time off work again! Still it will be worth it in the end though What did you have your re ops for ladies, if you don’t mind me askin? Xx

Omg finally spoke to Lizzie. Mr T agreed to my re op last night and Lizzie said ‘my case’ has been passed to head office for approval!

What a joke I am so angry and upset I’d better hear from them tomorrow after what they’ve put me through x

It’s a long story Hun but basically they cocked up so I would be thought I’d of been a priority! But likely not! x

I’m getting impatient now. Had my re op agreed on Friday and I just wanna know dates now cos I’ve gotta sort it with work and I’m going on holiday in September so need to fit it in before then xx

Yeah I’m not even bothered about op day itself, it’s the recovery time after I’m dreading. No gym, no shower, sports bras, time off work, the dreaded sleeping upright! If I’ve got a date at least I can work towards it and get it over with as soon as poss. Plus I paid alot of money for my boobs and I want them right. To be fair though MYA have been great with me so far so just hope they don’t let themselves down now xx
