can i go a power walk with buggy? 11days po?

i want to get out walking again but i have a 2yr old and hes quite heavy in buggy, been pushin him about shops n its a bit of a strain sumtimes turning buggy, think coz i had unders? but i wan to go a big walk monday, there wont be as many twists n turns but obv will still be pushin it along? dnt want to do any damage but cant see how it could hurt jst walkin fast pushin bug? xx

Id.say hun listen to your body, give it a try if u feel it hurting or.your doing to.much just stop, I was out walking loads after my ba from day 1just take your time xx

I agree but to be honest i thought I’d be so good as my pre op nurse said no moving your arms she said girls come in waving their hands above their head going look I can do this after week 1

I thought omg no I won’t I’m gonna walk like them people off that deodorant advert with dead straight arms ..

5 hours after my op I’m in bed (I was over night)

Got sick of waiting for my nurse so I climbed a chair and pulled my window shut arms above head pulling hard ha

I was freezing .. And to be honest I’ve picked up my two year nieces and alsorts

I’m not in pain .. And it doesn’t hurt but I am worried I haven’t been careful enough …

Trying to relax now … (yeah right and im only day 4 PO) haha xxxx

im two day po and couldnt even get the lid off the mouthwash!! im weak lol… you girls are tough.!! lol

charlotte i was the same..the first 4 days were hellish total blur butday 5 started feeling normal again and day by day it gets better xxx

Day two I was lifting baskets of washing up snd down stairs and pulling a hoover around because my useless husband was doing a rubbish job and not doing any tidying. I did feel pretty uncomfortable later tho. Be careful!

I am day 5 po and feel so much better today! I still wont do too much but I will be taking my 2 year old for a walk in the buggy later! xx
