Can I go away for night and is recovery better with overs ?

Is recovery quicker and less painful with overs ? I am having overs next week and have a busy 2nd week of my post op with a few events eg birthdays and was going to try and have a night away eg the seaside with the kids will I be up to it 10days after op scared of pushing it but only have this week of with the kids for summer hols then back to work?

Cupcake, as long as you rest as much as you can prior I don’t see why you couldn’t. I was back at work and walking (but not holding) the dog. I had unders and was wiped out by the GA and cocodemol but by day 7 I was much better. Good luck x
