can i put my nipple bar back in?

some people left them in for surgery – they put plastic ones in. So you should be ok xx

yea i was gonna put a plastic one in but didnt get round to buying one. might put it solution and try put it back in, scared, never took it out before lol x

I didnt take mine out but changed them back to metal after about a week and it was fine. Id put them in sooner than later if i was you just make sure them and your nipples are cleaned with anitseptic and take it slowly
