Hi. Im 17 days post op and dyin 2 exercise. But being good and not as been told 2 wait 6 weeks. But can i swim? Its gentle? Has any 1 else? I went back 2 was today. Hairdresser was hard wrk having my arms in the air allday! Surely thats worse? xx
Hey, I was told strictly not to swim for the first three months as it is a lot of upper body movement and uses your chest muscles. But I did have unders, may be different for overs if that’s what you have
No you can’t swim yet!like amy says swimming involves a lot of upper body movement!and there are lots of chemicals in pools which I’m guessing won’t help ur scar healing very much!xxx
