Can I use healing gel 24days po??

Hi girls I was told 2 days ago I could take all my steri strips off and shower normally, however when I did take them off I thought they looked a little bit too inflamed (I had a BA and nipple lift) so I re-applied some strips I’ve took them off today and had a normal shower they look much less inflamed I was wondering if it would be safe for me to use ‘savlon healing gel’? I know a lot of people use the savlon spray but I think that is just an antibacterial the gel helps skin cell renewal and reduces scarring.

Will this be ok for me to use?

I was told not to put nothing near my incisions till 6 weeks po, if your unsure I would contact your nurse to make sure xx

I was told that too but I was also told I can’t get them wet until 6 weeks po and I’m now allowed to shower at 3 weeks :S xx
