Can i wear an unwired bra?

Just for a few hours im nearly 3wks post op xx

What did you surgeon advise hun? I had Mr Adamo, and he said I didn’t need to wear a sports bra (although I did cos i found them heavy to start with). Some surgeons say to wear them 24/7 so it is very confusing x

he told me to wear a sports bra for 6 wks hun! And nothink with wires xx

Definitely no wires. I did buy a nice non-wired bra from Debenhams that was really comfy but didn’t start wearing it till around 6 weeks x
