can some one help me unders?????????????

hi girls really need advice i am having them done on 21st march and just really worried about size he has recomended 410 under i want to b a decent d i am a 34a now and not sure if its 2 big with my rice boobs i look stocky he has recomended under but the last few days i keep on seeing people say they look unatural and more fake and not as nice as overs coz it some much money i really want them to turn out nice xxxxxxx

Hey pinky i obviously havent had mine yet but i got the impression that unders are if you have hardly any breast tissue and overs were if you had enough breast tissue to fill. I was tol;d unders are more natural looking as theyre under the muscle and your tissue whereas overs give a more fullness at top but can still look natural. It depends on what size and the positionong for how fake they look ie high profile and things like that well i think thats the difference but correct me if am wrong? Hope that helps xx

When I had my consultation with Mr Traynor he said that it completely depended on your body shape. He thinks that if you have enough breast tissue to accomodate overs then that will give the most natural look. But if you don’t have enough tissue then overs will look stuck on as there is no “padding” so to speak, and therefore under the muscle will give you a more natural look as it will provide that extra “padding”. The surgeon should be able to tell you whether under or over will provide the best look for you.

410 overs is about right if ur a 34 back and an A cup. i think u will get a nice D from those. dont forget u will loose some size with having unders. so u will end up smaller than what ur rice boobs look like x

Unders are more flat and less projective that overs…

I am a 34D having an uplift and low profile implants and cant choose between 300, 330 and 360!

I want to be a large e/f.

I have my op on 28th and need to decided asap!

I am having boob greed at the moment!

What shall I go for!!!?

i think u should go for 330 or 360 x

Overs are natural for people with boobage.

Unders are natural for people with no boobage like meeee

they look real but depends how big u go…

I know people with both and they look fab.

Listen to ur surgeon. I have mr.traynor he knows his stuff…

hi hun i have had 3 bas all under my last was going to be over but in surgery he couldt my breast tissue was too thin but either wat i didnt mind. there are less probs with unders for cc ect.. and they look more natural u dont see so much of the roundness of the implant at the top and the muscle holds them in for longer less sagging. go for 410 unders hun i bet ull be pleased.xx

also remember they always look smaller than u imagine.xx

I had 410 under. Went from 32a/b to 32e/f so was more than enough for me. They look very natural and well in proportion.

I know pinky im thinking bout leaving the forums.

Spend too much time on them and end up obsessing lol

think i should just listen to my surgeon xx

Hey pinky I had 410 under nearly 2 weeks ago and I would def recommend that size!!! I’m a size 8 7 half stone and everyone is sayin I chose right size not to big bot to small I’m wearing dd at moment and an e some days cause still swollen but yes I recommend xx

my pc told me that only a surgeon would be able to tell if uve had unders or overs, theres not that much difference between the final look x

I had mr traynor last week n he does know his stuff!! Will only reccomend sizes that will be natural to you he likes boobs to look natural and not fake. I had unders my friend has had overs they both end up looking natural whichever you go with. It just a case of which your body needs mine needed unders due to fact i had very small boobs but no loose or droopy goin on which meant best place was under muscle.

I am petite size 6 5’1 n was 32a i asked to be a c or d n had 340 unders I am to wear no bra for 6 weeks n got another 5 left so unsure of my size at this stage, however i held my d cup sports bra against my bust n it looks like ill have no problem filling it! Hope this helps x
