Can someone please explain the fluffing process?

Hi ladies! I’m two days post op and my boobs are super swollen! I’ve heard about fluffing what exactly happens to them do they end up looking smaller or bigger or lower down or what? I hope they look bigger as I have post op boob greed lol x

Hey fluffing is where they settled in and not as hard I got boob greed really. Bad and it stressed. Me out big time I’ve had full uplift and implants and then end up getting a re op as they wasn’t right now I’m on my 3rd op with revision surgery and having my 450cc implants removed and replaced with 590cc as I’ve Got Capsular Contracture which I was able to change size how many cc did u have ? Xx

@Ayesha Hiya hun, how did you know you had capsular contracture. I am still having a few issues with my right boob as had haematoma. The swelling has gone now but it is still hard in places and is funny shaped?? Is there any obvious things you noticed?? Thank you in advance. xx
