Can someone please help?

Hi girls I’ve not posted on here for a long time, but I had my OP last may and last night I was in the shower and felt under my right breast was not right I can feel the implant it does not look any different but it feel horrible I’ve booked to see my surgeon for Tuesday to me it seems like its came out of the pocket can anyone else share some insight to what this may be I’m statying to panic thanks girls x x
