Can still see small stitches inside my nipples??

I had my ba and uplift done last september, and i was stitched round rmy nipple (* inside) and a line down. You can still faintly see the stitching inside on my right breast, i do hope this eventually goes!!

My left breast has healed brilliantly but its just my right!! has anybody had an uplift on here, and how long did it take for the stitching inside to fade??? they are dissolvable, but still there?????????????

Its like faint blue cotton inside, its weired!!
