Can surgeons pput massive implants straight into tiny a cups boobs??

i was just wondering thats all!! as i know most surgeons will only offer 300cc upwards to about a 410cc!! but you always see these glamour models with massive boobs!! and i am always curious to what size they were b4?? cos surely you can;t have a massive 1000cc implant put straight into an a cup?? wouldnt your skin be mega tight?????

hmmm i’ve read that some girls do it in stages, and work up to a bigger implant. I guess the skin has to stretch a bit first? x

Yeh u have to do it in stages, I was 32a and surgeons would only give me 410 as I’m young and have no kids so only had minimal breast tissue!then after uve had first lot and ur skins stretched u cn go bigger (usually wait about a year I think!)I would love to be bigger but will def settle for my dd’s lol xxx

I saw a programme on TV last night called ‘The world’s most enhanced woman’ on Channel 4. One woman had 4500ccs and the world record holder in Brazil had 5500, which is 5.5 litres!!!!! They must have done it in stages tho. aparently in America there is a limit as to how big you can go, 1000cc. Wonder if it’s the same here?
