can u wear no bra at all 9days PO?

Yo! I’ve been taking mine off now and again it’s getting on my nerves, but I’ve not gone out yet without wearing one.

How did you get on getting your dressings removed? Mine look great x

I had overs and my surgeon doesn’t believe in bras. She wants me not to wear any in the next four weeks if I can, and she knows i prefer that also. Always been a no bra girl at home anyway, well there was never anything to hold.

my nurse told me its ok not to wear a bra if going out, and have some free bra time at home if you want but make sure you wear your support bra to bed. but everyone seems to be told different things by different nureses/ surgeons x

ive took mine off 3 days ago and im not putting it back on. I feel and my boobs feel better for not wearing it and I can finally sleep! x Im 15 days now and my right boobs had just started dropping since I stopped wearing it! xx
