Can we take vitamins?

My op is in 3 days and I have some multi vitamin tablets in my cupboard, am I allowed to take them before my op or do I have to wait until after before I start retaking them?

Hey, You shouldn’t take any vitamins within 7 days of your op. as far as I’m aware you can start taking them immediately after your op. Xx
