can you achieve the “fake look” with unders?

hey girls
i’m having 460cc round medium/high profile unders in 17 days! so excited
but i’ve been reading that unders will flatten the implant up top and not give the fullness on top i wanted

i really want the round fake look but im only a small 32b at the moment so theres now way i could have had overs

i also really want to get a nice cleavage after not having one for 19 years!
have you post op girls with unders had any problems achieving this?

I wouldnt believe everything that you read. I had unders 6 weeks ago and can say that they are defo not flat at the top!!!!!!!

I stopped reading things on the some websites before my op because i started to worry about everything and alot of the posts where negitive. You will be getting what is best for you and your body!

i know! i think im just looking for things to worry about now
i keep getting really excited then reallly nervous

I know how your feeling. I was excately the same, I had dreams, or rather nighmares EVERY night since booking and paying for my surgery, honestly, I thought I was going to turn into a lesbian due to the sheer obsession I had at looking at pics of implants too :$

Try not to get obsessed and if possible avoid the Internet for a couple of days a week, it’ll drive u insane otherwise.

I’ve had my surgery and from what I can see, as they are all bandaged up, they look round, pert and to touch, besides being sore (uncomfortable, not painful at all) they are solid )

I cannot tell u enough how over the moon I am! I’ve never had pert boobies (really early developer, huge weight loss and baba!)

I’ll post my story tomorrow when my mind isn’t in cookoo land from GA…

Haha samii im EXACTLY the same as u! I cnt stop pervin ova boobs, any1s! People in the street, magazines, internet, tely! Iv also recently lost 4stone, hada baba, and breastfed him! hi there!! i had 340cc implants from a saggy 34b! and uplift! and i am now a 32e!! mine lookinhg fakeish! and stuck on! i did have overs though”” but my mate!! she had unders and her look like mine!! really round and pert!! there ace! so yeah you will de fget that look!! the surgeon knows best as everybody is diff so go for what he says!! Well i’m finally home from my uplift and ba!

I’m all bandaged up at the moment BUT from what i can see and feel i am totally over the moon; they’re perfect!

I’ve tried on one of my sports bras and im measuring an F so by the time the swelling and bandages are off i think i’ll be a DD/E – just what i wanted!

They are 410cc hp, unders and def have a ‘fake’ look about them, no natural breast can look at round, solid and pert as my new ‘bad boys’ look. I’m so happy, i’ve never had such gorgeous boobies

I’ll post some pictures on Sofem either this evening or tomorrow.

I had 420 & 375 uhp partcial unders. They dont look fake but im sure that when i put a push up[ bra on they will look different. I went with Mr Mahdi @ manchester and he has done a great job would recommend him to anyone.
When i came round and was back in my room the nurse was concerned how swollen one of them looked and Mr Mahdi was up stright away to check them within a matter of mins this made me feel like i was in great hands.
