Can you bellieeeeve This!!!! :)

I posted a discussion earlier in the week regarding MYA and them not contacting me after surgery blar blar… i called them and the manager called me back explaining that my PC was ill and she was exxtremely disappointed in the team…i was more than happy with the explanation and thought the matter was closed and i was again a happy customer in the way she dealt with the situation very efficiently

now heres the shocking part…Today a lovely bunch of flowers were delivered to my door…me thinking they were from my fiance as he is Dubai on buisness…read the card and read from Ann (MYA) the manager hehe

How nice is that.. im really happy with MYA they are GREAT!!!!

haha! thats amazing,mya are good.
i had a problem with one of my consults and it was their fault, after i complained they knocked some money off my op!lol
wasnt expecting that at all.
