Can you breast feed with overs?

Hi,

I’m going for my first consultation tomorrow with Dr chantarasak. I have just learnt what under and overs mean but was just wondering can you breast feed with overs and which give you a better looking result?

you can breast feed no matter where the implant is placed. Overs give you a very rounded, high cleavage look. Unders give you a much more natural look x
