Can you change your PC?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to change your patient co-ordinator?

None of the other PCs will deal with me as I already have one and I have had sev probs trying to get hold of her. Needed urgent advice yesterday but was told to wait til she was back today and despite 3 calls and assurances she would call me I had no call, ehich wouldn’t even have been so bad had she emailed or something to say sorry I’ll ring you first thing tomorrow. I need to change my op date and have a limited time to move it to and am really worried there won’t be any dates left, and all the time I am losing time just trying to speak to someone. Bet I wouldn’t have this prob if I still owed MYA money!

Surprise surprise! I am having serious doubts about recommending MYA to my friend who’s looking to have her op in the next 6 months. I am sorely tempted to ask for my money back and get a last minute date at one of the other groups. When’s your op kelbel?

Tina how do I message them? I sent them a message on their facebook page and they promised me a call on Monday (that never materialised either)

Try searching for the mya moderator on here and send her a message. That’s what I did and I got a new one who has been fantastic x

Ah yeah I think I spoke to her yesterday, she was really helpful but couldn’t find my notes so I had to wait for my one, I will def chase that up then if you recommend her, thankyou x

Finally got hold of my pc and she has sorted everything out, I am now booked in for 12th Oct with Mr Singh and have my consultation with him tomorrow and my pre-op assessment, what a relief!!!

Yeah I was just getting stressed as I was getting hassle from my new job about getting the time off, they wanted an answer straight away and I couldn’t get hold of anyone. Panic over now, I just need to get on with researching Mr Singh! Thankyou all x x
