Can you choose to go bigger at the last minute??!! 380cc HELP!!

Hi guys iv been reading a few of the threads on here and am really having doubts about my chosen size after seeing a few people opting for second boob jobs!! i am currently 34a/b and Dr Kazzazi advised a 380cc implants under the muscle to take me to a c/d cup. Im just worried after they are healed i will regret this choice and want them bigger!! but i am also scared they will be too big and look stupid cos im only 5″2 tall!! Any advice would be great cos my surgery is 1 week today!!! :confused:

ring your pc and ask her to order you the bigger 1s aswell and when you go on the day ask for his advise on what he thinks xxx

Thanks for your replies i think i am just gonna go with what i originally decided,Jacqui you put my mind at rest with what size you were before and after! Think im just having pre op nerves!! Iemailed my pc and she said there will be sizes smaller and bigger then my chosen available on the day so thats good!! I was going for the 380cc to but at the last minute decided on the 410cc and glad i did now, Infact i would of gone bigger cuz they really do look smaller than you expect them to. xxx

I’m 5″8 and 9.5 stone, was 34A 3 years ago and had 270cc put in for a really natural look – was really pleased at first as was a full 34C which is what I THOUGHT I wanted! But now they’ve settled and I’ve got used to the size and want them bigger…so am going in for my second boob job and Dr Adamo has suggested I go for 380cc but an anatomical implant – he said 380cc will give me a DD/E. It’s so hard because it all depends on your body, shape, size etc, so the same implant size can look totally different on people. Has anyone considered the anatomical (tear drop) ones? x

Oooh forgot to say, I reckon although Dr Adamo said he’d advise 380cc, I’m gonna see Dr Singh and try for a bit bigger (probably a 410cc or 450cc) – it’s the most annoying thing ending up with ones you wish were bigger! x

That’s what happened to me!!! But my surgeon actually advised against increasing anymore than 2 cup sizes, he said that if I decided after a year that I wanted them bigger I would simply have another operation. This was a clinic in Birmingham not MYA!!!!!

But you’d have to pay for another operation after a year if you wanted them bigger! That seems strange advice…best to get what you want first time round (or second, for us!). Why did your surgeon advise against increasing anymore than 2 cup sizes?!

This was just his clinical opinion after taking into consideration my age, statistics etc…I was a very impressionable 18 year old and never questioned him with hindsight I know I should have but that’s life!

I just googled to see if the clinic still exists and I can find the name ‘National Centre for Cosmetic Surgery’ but they don’t appear to have a website anymore….?? many years ago they were on the news because the surgeons/nurses featured in their glossy broucher weren’t actually proper medical staff they were models…and consumers felt this was misleading!

Hi guys thanx a lot for all your comments i thought i would update you all on my decision… i had my op on 29th May and decided to stay with the size Mr Kazzazi suggested which was 380cc under muscle. I am soo pleased with them so far They dont look too much bigger than they did when i had to wear my gel bras but as soon as i saw them without the strapping i was shocked as they look far bigger with no bra or anything!! i have noiced today they are just starting to soften so now im waiting for this “fluffing” everyone speaks of!! Dr Kazzazi is amazing and i couldnt recommend him more!!
