I reckon walking for an hour or so should help reduce the swelling to cos its keeping you upright, therefore draining away the swelling.

Do you know if there’s any arm exercises/movements you can do to help reduce the swelling and help to regain mobility in your arms/upper body? Hate the thought of being stiff from the waist up!

Missmick tell me about it! I’m 4 days post op and my chest and arms are really aching. I suppose gentle exercises would be okay as long as there’s no strain involved or use of muscles! I’ve been doing some gentle walking around the house but not left house since I got back!! xxx
