Can you go smaller in a re op?

implant has flipped so may have to have corrective surgeory but does anyone know if its possible to go smaller or will it leave you with saggy skin? I originally had 360 anatomical but maybe looking at having 300 or similar? Will they charge it i want to have round ones instead of anatomical? xx

Yeah you can, im sure Katie Price had smaller implants the last time she had surgery, as she wanted to be taken more seriously. im sure she did. I think it would only sag if you went from really big to really small? doubt it though because they could just cut the skin an sew it back up into your insician? x

hey! well i had 365cc round high profiles in 2008 and had them removed in jan this year and my boobs have gone back to how they were pre op. no saggy skin, im now thinking of having new implants but alot smaller like a 265cc so its defo possible to go smaller, as i completely removed and my skin went back. and actually mine are a little bigger than pre ba maybe cos im older lol!
