can you recommend an under the muscle implant surgeon?

O alex i forgot to ask does Mr Kazzazi wrap you up in bandages after op.. and where are these drains placed and do the the drains leave a scare where they were.. after how many days do they take them out..

Maybe the 380 will suit you more if you want to achieve a DD, on average i am a size 8 top, in vest top a size 6. Yerh Mr Kazzazi does bandage you up, and i will be honest having them removed was the most painfull bit about the whole experience. The drains do leave tiny tiny scars which are nothing to worry abouut, i had a night stay and they were removed the following morning before i went home. x x x

There just doesn’t seem to be anything out there, everything says you need experience, but how are you meant to get experience if no-one gives you the chance. I cant afford to just leave either as i have a wedding and new boobs to pay off. x x x

Hi Alex, wel maybe il only need 380’s to get me upto a DD in that case, but you might have a tiny frame, im average but have quite wide shoulders, so dont know whether i might need 410’s to balance me out abit lol xx

I am 8 weeks post op now and i really do love them. Have my pics come through yet? I was a34a/b to start with and i now measure a 32F but am wearing a 34E as the surgeon suggest wearing one back size bigger so the implants don’t ripple x x x

Hello, im having under the muscle implants in feb, as i dont have enough breast tissue to have overs you would definately see the implant if i did! Its not long till my op now so ill let you know how i get on, id definately set up a consultation for yourself so u can ask them any questions you need to! Im having my op with mya, they have been really good and Mr alvi will be doing my op! x

Mr Kazzazi with MYA everytime

I had unders just over 7 weeks ago, and they are fab. My surgeon was Mr Kazzazi and he is fantastic at what he does. x x x

I am going with mr kazzazi, he said that I had just enough breast tissue for overs but he recommended unders, so am taking his advice. Your surgeon will tell u what’s best 4 u. Good luck with making your decisions!

Im with Mr Traynor next month, Ive had a consultation with him, he is very nice but very straight to the point and honest, which is exactly what you need. He will listen to what you want and then tell you realistically how to achieve it and if its possible. All my questions have been answered clearly with MYA and the girls on here are great too! Ive seen a few pics of his work and he seems great, so I guess I would recommend him!

Im having 380cc unders as I have minimal breast tissue and would like to be a big C / small D

Im 5″7, 9st, size 10, 32A now.

Its really hard to choose the sizes because everyone seems to turn out differently!

I had 410cc high profile, and i must say they are wicked definately wouldn’t change anything about them. They do look natural in clothes apart from the rounded tops (when i have a bra on), out of a bra they do look a bit fake but honestly they do look fab.
I used to be a 34a/b and i was measured on saturday at La Senza at a 32F, my surgeon recommended that after the op always wear a back size bigger, so i am in a 34E/F probably look about a DD though x x x What are your stats and what cc are you going for x x x

wel im a 34 c [but a flat c] and have to decide between a 410 or 460.. but am thinking 410’s might look a little more natural, and they are a nice size, i only want to achieve a DD possibly an E at the largest lol. I just dont want that stuck on look too mch, but want more volume at the top if you know what i mean! have you any pics at all that i could see hun..x

i am wanting an enlargement in the summer and i have read that with small breasts it is better to have under the muscle so they cannot be felt and they look natural. i only want to be a c cup so nothing massive and i definitely want a natural look. can anyone tell me of their positive experience so i can set up a consultation?

I have just re-read this post over agin and i was an a/b (flat aswell) and am now measuring an e/f so i think you may end up slightly bigger than a dd/e, i would say more an f aswell, i know everyone works out slightly different and they will still look amazing.

Also meant to say Mr Kazzazi does operate in other places not just london. Personally i can’t answer the question abou the gym, as i have only ever been twice in my life, but they do say no hard physical activity until after your six week check up x x x
