Any girls used plastic bars? Also are you aloud to wear a tongue bar even if it’s plastic when you have your op? I don’t want my pierced holes to close up so hoping I can wear the plastic ones??? X

Im going to be putting a plastic tongue bar in, the nurse said its fine but the surgeon might be different i would go there with the plastic bars in place anyway, and just dont mention it! Xx

    Hi Tyler
My nurse told me that I should be allowed to keep my ear/belly piercings in if they are plastic and it depends on your surgeon with the nipple piercing. She said to change them all to plastic and then to ask the surgeon on the day but she did say that id be best off taking my nipple one out anyway as it can stretch during surgery. I’m having Mr traynor so won’t have strapping so I’m thinking I’ll just put it straight back in after I wake up x

Dr Kazzazi told me I can put plastic bars in my nipples. I forgot to ask about the rest of my piercings but just going to change them all to plastic and hope for the best…only really concerned about my tongue and nipple piercings! xo
