Advice and help needed.
I booked with a clinic after seeing a surgeon via zoom back in June for a breast augmentation
Found out 20odd days later that the surgeon had left. This wasn’t by the clinic this was by the surgeon himself.
It then took another 4days for the clinic to contact me back and confirm what I already knew.
They gave me another surgeon whom I’m not happy with and I’m also not happy with his choice of procedure as I’ve left that I’m not suitable for a breast augmentation and that to get the results I want I would need to have a uplift I’ve had 4 surgeons say this. I see him in July
I cancelled in the august. I’ve not been given a surgery date, the contact I have had the previous surgeon stated.
Where do I stand or who can I take this too? There refusing to give a refund of any sort.
