Was supposed to be going for my op 2nd December and got a phone call saying mr traynor has cancelled (2 weeks notice) and I can be moved to the 3rd of December which has messed everything up i have paid for hotel rooms and train tickets for th way down along with a spa day so couldn’t cancel anything so now I have to pay to stay an extra day and have nobody to pick me up unless mya sort me a taxi out ! Am I entitled to any money back since it’s their fault ? Not sure if there was anything in th small print about this
