cancelling op!

My friends op is on the 18th of April, she has put down a 950 pound deposit.. Will she be able to get this back?

i wouldnt have thought she’d get it back at such late notice hun, why is she cancelling? also i thought the full balance had to be paid off 56days before surgery? x

There has been problems with the finance and they have just turned round and said they won’t accept her! Is it not a 14 day cancelling day period?

If there is problems with the finance and she has used MYA finance, she should be able to get her deposit back i work in finance and thats our policy. but we wouldnt take a deposit until the finance had been accepted and confirmed in writing.

My finance is through MYA and i didnt have to pay my deposit until the finance had been accepted and i had recieved written confirmation of the full agreement.

Who is her finance with hun…?? xx
