Cancled :-(

Just had a call from my PC, Dr Aurakzai has cancled all opps on the 15th at preston, im tottall gutted, luckily re-aranged 3 days later 18th, need to try and re-arrange hotels etc… too. does anyone know if i can claim my non-refundable hotel money? xx

it better not be a joke im in the middle of persuading my hotel to change dates, pc didn’t tell me why just that she’d been told to re arrange everyone on that day to the 18th xx

MYA reimburse you for your hotel Christine. I know this from a conversation I’ve had with them previously. I’m still waiting for them to phone me and tell me it’s cancelled but I feel like crying. x

Well, I’ve only just managed to get through to my PC who has been back-to-back consultations all day so didn’t know the news until she opened the email telling her about cancellations whilst I was on the phone.

I’m devastated. My op was meant to be 15th with Aurakzai and she can’t give me a new date yet and my boyfriend is only home till 17th and then goes off-shore again. So he won’t be able to come with me to hospital and the house will be empty when I get back from op.

Waiting for another call back tonight. She says she’s going to speak to Traynor but I don’t want Traynor, I want Aurakzai. I want the glue he uses, not stitches. I could cry.

Hun my pc said they were re-arranging everyone for the 18th so that should be the date, don’t compromise on the surgeon if you want Aurakzai hang out for him, you dont want to regret it for the sake of a few days. Im all re-booked with the hotel and MYA are reimburssing me for the original booking, xx
