    Cut out carbs, move more and you’ll drop that 1st7 in no time. Protein shakes that bodybuilders use, they don’t half fill you up!!! However I could do with taking my own advice as today I have eaten…. 2 mini scones, bacon and mushroom cob, 3 crumpets with cheese on, beef Sunday dinner and a 1/4 of a cheesecake 😯 oh dear me!!!!! x

    Im starting on the vibrating plates and infrared sauna tomorrow, was supposed to start last Thursday but changed the date! Protein shakes and fruit/veg for me for as long as I can keep it up for lol! Oh and i’m going to start back on the Gillian Michael’s 30 day shred DVD, 20 mins workout 6 days a week!! xx

    Hi ememz ive replied to you on so fem haha! i need to get from 11 stone to at least 10 stone by my op in Jan!!!! The 30 day shred that Nikibockerglory as metioned above is fab, its only 20 mins but boy do u feel it i only did 11 days and defo saw a difference so gonna start back on that tomorrow!! thinking of doing the celebrity slim diet for a month!?x

    Nikibockerglory – were do you get the protein shakes from? is there different ones for men and women? x

    Aw hello cutie pie ! ;) yes I deemed it v necessary to post this on both sites as I’m literally gutted about my weight at the mo !! I will have to look into this 30 day shred business :) I’ve got a davina work out DVD I’ve never used its just me being lazy! I only have to look at food and I put a stone on xx

    defo cutting back on the carbs will help! if you cant manage that then try to cut out carbs after 4pm! heres me preaching to u and im just as bad! i know i can do it i lost over a stone in 3weeks on the atkins!! im just lacking motivation at the minute and stressing about getting all the money for my new boobies!!! and when im stressed i eat :( the 30 Day shred dvd i got from ebay for about £7. x

    I can’t be arsed working out for an hour! 20 mins is great and as you say jeeez you feel it!! Especially if you use hand weights and wear weights round your ankles, I never got passed stage 1 though lol!!

    Nah, protein shakes are all pretty much the same to be honest. My hubby to be buys them and I just nick some off him haha, the vanilla one blended with half a banana for breakfast is sooo filling. I have mint choc chip too mmmmmmm!! xxx

    Tell me about it! Im over 11st!! but I think its now an average weight for me I’m a size 12 5.8″ and was in work yesterday (work at topshop) and girls were looking at a size 14 dress and saying OMG I would be guttered if I was size 14 and I was like excuse me I’m only a size smaller than that! They looked really embarrassed after and said they couldn’t believe I’m a 12 apparently thought I was smaller. I’m not sure if I’m not too badly toned I go to the gym 3-4 times a week about 3hours at a time I do classes and swim I eat healthy normally only 2 meals a day and I do lots of running around and going up and down stairs at work. I’ve started to think I’m doing all I can so if I’m not loosing weight it must be healthy for me.

    When I say I’m fat my bf is always shocked and says I’m really not. I’m not sure if it’s all in my head and what I see in the mirror is different to everyone else :S

    I just can’t wait to get my boobs and get my proportions right!! :D xx

    Oh and I used to take a protein shake it’s called maxitone sculptress diet it works well for a lot of people but for me it didn’t :( my bf has protein shakes too but there’s lots of calories in some of them so don’t forget to check! my bfs has about 500cals and his isn’t even for muscle building its just for recovery after exercise! x

    i want to go to about 9 and a half stone for my op, i am up and down like a yo yo at the moment!! i have a really energetic week and i do sit ups every day and on those weeks i’ll be a size 10 !!! but then i have weeks where i just cannot be bothered and i end up being a size 12 again :-(

    JennaBelle you are right for our height we are classed as a normal weight, i’m not too bothered what the scales say as long as my tummy looks flat!

    i think i am also bigger than i appear, at work the girls keep commenting on how thin i am looking ?? i have to keep telling them there is nothing wrong with me i am actually a size 12 and i’m definetely not thin lol

    Ememz we could try to motivate each other?!? i will PM you with my weight for the day and how much exercise i have done and what i have eaten and vice versa! it might help having someone going through the same xxxx
