cant stop smoking!! ba in 9days shiiiit

Hey girls I’m puffin away as I write this. Did any1 smoke before there op and think it effected there scars healing?!! Xx

hya im a heavy smoker i was smokin 20+ a day n i new i needed to stop or at least cut down so i went onto bacca, n i found my self smokin even more so i was on 30+ a day, i fink i was rebellin, an now im 5 month post op and my right still hasn’t healed its very hard, but softenin a lil, not sure if its due to smokin but id defo recommend stoppin just incase, i total regret smoking whilst i was avin my op x
