Capsular contraction

I had 600cc back in April 2017 and my right boob looks and feels the same as it alway has and I have always had odd pains but has always been put down to just nerve damage in the scars but now I seem to have very bad pains just in the left and was wondering if anyone had experienced this and what it turnt out to be?
Will get on the phone Monday if no change!
